Ametrine Jelly Ring Signet

A 35.9 carat natural ametrine ring with a soft Amber-to-Purple color split.

This piece has a rounded jelly-like form with polished surfaces that let the amber and purple zones move through the ring as it turns. The color division is natural to the ametrine, shifting from warm honey-gold into violet-purple across the body of the stone.

This ring was created using a two-piece laminated construction, adapted from the optical bonding process I use in my glass sculpture work. The polished quartz faces were joined carefully to create a larger wearable form while keeping the color movement clean and intentional.

This ring is made from two pieces of natural ametrine joined through a clear optical bonding process. The visible yellow-to-purple split is the natural color zoning of the stone, not the join line. Due to the small size and construction, mindful wear is recommended.
