Bits — Drop No. 4
The Bits series is where small pieces of the studio find their way into the world.
Each charm begins as raw optical crystal or dichroic glasses and is individually shaped, cut, and finished by hand. Every piece carries its own color play, shifting between deep saturation and flashes of light depending on the angle.
Some pieces are finished with Gilson Opal accents. All are mounted with precious metal bails.
No two are exactly the same.
These drops happen in small batches and are meant to be a more accessible entry point into the Brilliant Cuts world — small sculptural objects that still carry the same materials, attention to detail, and handmade process found in the larger works.

A tiny fragment from the studio.
Hand-cut optical glass charm finished with a polished face and clean geometry. Minimal, bright, and designed to catch light despite its scale.

A small optical glass pendant cut and polished by hand.
Clean body lines and internal reflections give the piece depth as it moves through light.

#3 — Optical Opal Ignot
Layered optical glass construction with syntheic opal creating subtle internal color play. Compact ingot form with crisp edges and strong internal reflections.

Blue/yellow optical ignot charm. Star Opal

#6 — Faceted Opal Charm (White)
Compact optical glass charm with faceted white opal. The Clean facets reflect light while the opal produces subtle color shifts.

A small faceted optical glass charm with RGB opal accent. Bright flashes of red, green, and blue appear as the charm moves through light.

#8 — Mini Heart Charm —
Hand-formed optical glass heart with internal reflective layers that shift color depending on viewing angle.
Small but sculptural, with smooth edges and strong optical depth.

#9 — Mini Space Capsule (Gold)
A small capsule-shaped optical glass pendant layered with dichroic glass elements.
The internal structure creates shifting rainbow bow reflections throughout the body.
Backed in Magenta/Green dichroic glass.

A clear optical glass capsule form layered with dichroic glass elements.
Clean architecture inside the glass produces colorful reflections and depth.

Optical glass layered with sparkling deep toned opal. The result resembles a night sky suspended within the glass body.

Optical glass pendant containing UV-reactive material. Under ultraviolet light the internal elements glow vibrant green. Backed with pink Nebula dichroic glass.

#13 — Dimensional Portal Ignot
Layered optical and dichroic glass construction creating a portal-like depth effect.
Light travels through multiple layers producing dimensional color shifts.

#14 — Blue/Gold Optical Tile Charm
Rectangular optical glass tile layered with blue and gold dichroic glass.
The layered structure creates bold reflective bands that shift with movement.

A softened “pillow” form with rounded edges and layered blue and gold dichroic glass beneath a polished optical surface.
The curved body produces smooth rolling reflections.

Triangular portal form with a faceted optical glass face and curved back.
A round RGB opal sphere sits within the design, creating flashes of color against the layered blue-gold background.

A sharp triangular portal design built from layered optical and dichroic glass techniques inspired by the Royal Astra series.
Deep internal reflections create a brilliant rainbow effect while the center retains crisp, clear body lines.

**all opals in this collection at lab grown. Gilson opals are not Resin and is a crystalline structure with 6.5 hardness and extreme! heat resistance.
