Citrine Link
Carved from a single piece of Brazilian Sunshine Citrine, this pendant weighs over 16 finished carats and was shaped entirely by hand.
Its rich two-tone zoning and natural leopard-like pattern give the stone a bold, organic presence, but the real rarity is in the construction. Creating a clean, durable stone link form at this scale requires careful control from start to finish. Every stage of carving, shaping, and polishing has to be deliberate, because once material is removed there is no easy correction.
It is paired with Argentium 925 silver, formed from solid wire, then shaped, closed, and welded by hand to match the mass and character of the stone. Bringing these materials together required an especially difficult build, as silver welding temperatures exceed what quartz can comfortably tolerate. Completing the piece without compromising the citrine demanded careful heat control, shielding, and precision throughout.
Work like this is rarely seen because it combines sculptural stone carving with fabricated metal construction in a way that has to look seamless while still being durable enough to wear. The result is a piece with strong visual weight, real structural integrity, and a level of craftsmanship that stands apart.
