Untreated Tanzanite - Crocodilius 🐊

A completely untreated natural tanzanite, preserved in its rare original color rather than heated into the traditional saturated blue associated with the material.

Depending on the light and viewing angle, the stone reveals shifting tones of lavender, gray-blue, pink, amber, yellow, and violet. The multicolor appearance is paired with Crocodilius, a custom pear-shaped fantasy design featuring a crocodile-inspired pavilion pattern that multiplies throughout the stone.

The material was cut from a substantially larger piece to preserve exceptional clarity and create the cleanest possible finished stone. It may still be heat-treated in the future to bring forward a stronger blue appearance, but the original untreated color cannot be restored afterward.
