1. Where are your pieces made?
Each piece is handcrafted in our studio in NJ. Using premium materials, including optical glass, precious metals, and high-grade dichroic elements.
2. What is optical glass, and why do you use it?
Optical glass contains additives designed to modify certain optical or mechanical properties of the glass: Such as refractive index, dispersion, transmittance which offers unmatched clarity, refraction, and structural integrity, ideal for creating ethereal, light-reactive sculptures.
3. Can I commission a custom sculpture?
Absolutely. We offer bespoke glass commissions. Please contact us directly to begin a consultation.
4. What materials do you use in your jewelry?
We use high-quality materials such as gold, silver, platinum, natural gemstones, and dichroic glass.
5. Are your jewelry pieces handmade?
Yes. Every piece is designed and crafted by hand to reflect a fusion of fine art and wearable form.
6. Are your glass pieces fragile?
while glass is fragile and extra precaution and care should always be taken, we use the highest quality borosilicate laboratory glass and leaded crystal that has enhanced durably & strength compared to standard glass materials.

7. How do I care for my glass?
💧 Avoid wearing in water — including pools, oceans, or showers.
😴 Do not wear while sleeping to prevent accidental damage.
🧼 Clean gently using a microfiber towel and a small amount of isopropyl alcohol.

8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping for both sculptures and jewelry. (If option is not available at checkout, Contact us for direct quote)
9. What is your return policy?
Due to the bespoke and limited nature of our work, all sales are final. Exceptions may apply for damage during transit.
10. How long does shipping take?
1-3 day priority shipping for US orders

11. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and delivery estimate.
12. Is shipping insured?
Absolutely. All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit.
13. Do you offer local delivery or white-glove service?
For select cities (NY,NJ,PA), we offer white-glove delivery and installation for large-scale artworks. Please contact us directly for a quote and availability.
14. What if my item arrives damaged?
While rare, if your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We will initiate an insurance claim and work with you on a replacement or resolution.
15. Can I expedite my order?
Rush production or express shipping may be available for certain items. Please inquire before placing your order to confirm availability and pricing.
16. Are duties and taxes included for international orders?
