Precision-made Gilson lab opal bead with vibrant internal color play. The classic donut form allows light to pass through the center, intensifying the shifting flashes of color from every angle.

These are true Gilson opal, a laboratory-grown opal created through a controlled process that replicates the internal structure of natural opal. Unlike resin imitations, Gilson material is silica-based, heat resistant, and known for its strong, stable color.

This piece is machine-formed rather than studio-cut, and is offered here as a curated material selection from my studio supply. A small number became available during my recent Bits drop and drew a lot of interest, so a limited batch is being offered. Perfect as a standalone pendant, charm, or for collectors interested in the material itself.
