Faceted Opal Form

Flame-worked with an implosion flower, encased opals, and pulled ribbon work, all locked into the piece before being precision faceted. The exterior is cut down to tight margins—sharp, controlled planes over a fluid, heat-formed interior. A dichroic backing kicks in under UV, shifting the whole piece into a more saturated, glowing state.

Made to be used or left alone—works perfect for slurping or sitting pretty. A hybrid process piece that blends flame and facet work in a way most don’t even attempt.
